Can I change or cancel my order?
Prior to the point of order fulfilment for shipment, we are able to make the following amendments to your order:
+ Change the color or size of an
item if in stock.
+ Update your address
+ Cancel an item
+ Cancel the order
After your order has been fulfilled for shipment we are unable to amend your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled we will send shipping tracking details and a tracking number to your email address you used when ordering.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Domestic shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, but must orders will arrive much sooner than this
International shipping varies from country to country. Please contact us here for a better delivery
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
International customers are responsible for any customs
duties or taxes associated with the order, which will vary from country to country.
The wrong item arrived or an item arrived damaged/faulty.
If your order was not delivered to you exactly as described, please contact us here and let us know what was wrong. Any errors and defects must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number when making contact.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
• Exchanges can be made within XXX days of delivery.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Exchanges can only be made for a product with an equal or lesser price.
• If an item requested for exchange is unavailable, or the requested exchange item is of a higher value, a refund will be issued instead, subject to the returned item meeting our returned item criteria.
• We reserve the right to refuse the following items for exchange or return:
o Items that have been washed or put through a dryer
o Items that are stained or soiled in anyway.
o Items covered in debris such as human or animal hair or contain strong odours such as cigarette smoke or deodorant.
o Items which have the original tags removed
o Items not returned in their original packaging
• If your return or exchange is refused, we will email you and inform you of this decision within 7 days of the items delivery to us. You will have the option of having the refused returned item shipped back to you.
